Happy 2020!
Do you have a picture in your mind’s eye of what you want to accomplish this year — where you want to go, what you want to achieve, how how want to feel? Visualization can be a powerful tool, and despite my initial skepticism about vision boards, my experience is that, coupled with concerted action, they can and do work!
